Innovation is the core of the food industry and GastroPan 2024 international exhibition, which took place between 14-16 March, in Brașov, represented a vibrant epicenter of the latest and most exciting developments in the field of baking, confectionery and gastronomy. GastroPan exhibition is the most important specialized exhibition for the bakery, pastry, confectionery, ice cream, gastronomy and HoReCa sectors. The next edition of the exhibition is scheduled to take place in March 2023 in the city of Brașov, the venue being the Lux Divina Complex again, but this time in 3 exhibition halls: Dacia Hall, Lux Divina and Parc. The decision comes as a result of the feedback received during the GastroPan 2022 exhibition in Brașov, and following asking the opinion of exhibitors and visitors.
